To Ireland, all 27 EU member states and Northern Ireland: 28 countries in all, from our premises in Dublin. Transit is 1 to 2 working days within Ireland and 2 to 5 working days elsewhere. Prices are in euro excluding VAT; VAT-registered businesses outside Ireland are invoiced with the reverse charge at 0%. We do not ship outside this area except by special quotation.

Questions and answers
Do you ship outside the EU?
Not as standard. Great Britain, Switzerland, Norway and other destinations are considered case by case by quotation only, because export controls, dangerous-goods routing and import VAT differ. Do not assume we ship worldwide.
Is shipping charged per pack or per order?
Per order. One consignment carries any number of packs; the rate and any dangerous-goods surcharge are confirmed on the quotation.
Which courier do you use?
Express couriers for standard goods; licensed ADR/IATA dangerous-goods couriers for regulated products such as silver nitrate, chloroauric acid and chloroplatinic acid. Tracking is sent on dispatch.
Do I need an EORI number or import licence?
No. Within the EU single market goods move without customs formalities. For Northern Ireland the carrier handles the Windsor Framework declaration; no duty applies.
